We invest in medium-sized companies from Germany, Austria and Switzerland and concentrate on companies with a turnover between € 5 million and € 50 million pa.

The companies should have an established business model and a good competitive position in a promising market environment with corresponding products or services and have clear growth potential. These can be realized internally, i.e. organically, or externally, e.g. through additional acquisitions.

We do not have an industry focus and concentrate on companies in more mature phases. Early stage financing (venture capital) is ruled out for us.

We are particularly interested in entrepreneurially challenging starting situations. These include, for example, unsolved successions, spin-offs / carve-outs and special situations with operational and / or financial restructuring needs.
